Return and Shipping Policy
1. General Provisions
This policy sets out the rules applicable to returns and the delivery of products purchased on the Alarusse.co website.

The products offered may be:
  • digital (online courses, videos, PDF materials, audio recordings, podcasts, consultations);
  • physical (gift boxes including books and merchandise).
2. Digital Products
  • When purchasing a digital product, the customer receives immediate access to the online content.
  • In accordance with EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer has expressly agreed to immediate access to the content.
  • If access has not yet been granted, a refund may be requested.
3. Physical Products
  • The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order error.
  • Any anomaly or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
  • Returns must be sent to the address specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTC/GCU).
4. Delivery
  • Physical products (boxes with books and merchandise) are shipped twice a week: on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Shipping costs are specified on each course page.
  • Worldwide delivery is available:
  • within the EU, shipping costs are generally included in the price (unless otherwise stated);
  • outside the EU, costs are calculated separately and shown on the course page.

Indicative delivery times: an average of 5 to 7 business days within the EU. Delivery times outside the EU depend on local postal services and carriers.
5. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. The refund period is 14 business days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
  • Any fees retained by payment service providers may not be refunded, in accordance with their terms.
