General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
1. General Information
These General Terms govern the use of the Alarusse.co website as well as the purchase of products offered by the sole entrepreneur Anna Oshlakova, registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Products and Services
The site offers:

  • Digital products: online courses (videos available for streaming or download), digital learning materials (printable PDFs, templates, images), audio recordings, podcasts, interactive webinars, as well as individual or group consultations with the author. Updates or additional content may be provided depending on the offer.
  • Monthly subscription: a recurring subscription providing access to certain digital content on the site (courses, resources, online workshops, etc.). The subscription is entered into for an initial period of one (1) month and is automatically renewed by tacit agreement. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time, either directly through their user account or by contacting customer service at the address indicated in these Terms and Conditions. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No prorated refund will be issued. Payment is automatically charged each month on the anniversary date of the subscription, using the registered payment method. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is made immediately accessible after payment.
  • Physical products: course-related gift boxes (printed books, learning sheets, merchandise), educational kits, promotional items or bonuses linked to the courses, as well as packaging and delivery services to the address provided by the customer.

Technical conditions and requirements: to access the digital products, the customer must have suitable equipment (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a stable Internet connection, and an up-to-date browser.
3. Prices and Payments
  • All prices are listed in euros (EUR, €).
  • VAT will be applied and specified where applicable, in accordance with European Union legislation.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers that ensure the security of transactions.
  • Bank details are neither transmitted to nor stored by the Alarusse.co website.
  • Monthly subscription: In the case of a monthly subscription, the subscription fee is automatically charged each month on the anniversary date of the subscription, using the payment method registered by the customer. The subscription is automatically renewed by tacit agreement until it is terminated by the customer, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 2 and Article 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
  • The sales contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order and the sending of a confirmation email to the customer.
  • Access to digital products is granted once the payment has been validated.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
  • Digital products: if access to the course, materials, or consultations is provided immediately before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
  • Monthly subscription: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is made immediately accessible after payment. The subscription may be cancelled by the customer at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current monthly period. No prorated refund will be issued.
  • Physical products: the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU law. For more details, please refer to the Return and Shipping Policy page.
6. Delivery
The delivery conditions, timeframes, and costs are specified on the Return and Shipping Policy page.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All digital content available on Alarusse.co is protected by copyright law.
  • The customer is granted a limited license for strictly personal use.
  • Any reproduction, distribution, or transmission to third parties is prohibited without prior written authorization.
8. Liability
  • The author cannot be held liable for any interruptions of the site or its temporary unavailability due to circumstances of force majeure.
  • The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (email address, delivery address).
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
  • Contracts are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
  • Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
10. Amendments to the Terms
Alarusse.co reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. The new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the website.
